You agree that Makes and Models Talent and its agents cannot be held responsible for any claims from use of this site from any individual listed on the site.

Makes and Models Talent does not promote nor support bandwidth theft, the linking of images from makesandmodelstalent.com to other sites, or the misuse of links from other sites to makesandmodelstalent.com. Copying content inappropriately will result in permanent removal from Makes and Models Talent without notification and without refund.

This disclaimer and user agreement shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida . By using Makes and Models Talent site constitutes your agreement to, but not limited to this agreement.

Makes and Models Talent is not intended for users under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18 do not submit photos, postings, or any information, as it will be immediately deleted.
